Andrew A Murray is the driving force behind this fresh new company, he has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in two states and has sold property to some of Australia’s and the worlds largest and most respected families and international companies.

Located in a residential precinct in East Toowoomba our out of the box approach is geared towards the future rather than the past. We understand the important role that a technologically sophisticated environment can play in the conduct of a service based business. Physical locale does not restrict our reach in sales, our clients are located at all points of the Darling Downs, Southern Queensland and beyond.

Murray & Associates only operates for buyers and sellers, that is as a sellers agent or a buyers agent, we do not offer services in the property management sector but concentrate on our core business of sales but from time to time we can assist clients in locating rental properties.

The process starts with a meeting that will allow us and you to see if the goals that we both have mesh. After discussing the property with you and getting a feel for what you would like to achieve we will prepare an individual marketing and sales campaign for your property and present it to you outlining where we see both the plusses and the pitfalls and where the property falls in the market. Discussion is the most important part of our process. If we don’t understand what you want then we cannot achieve it for you.

Similarly if we are assisting you in searching for a property the process starts with an assessment of what is your wish list and a discussing on how we can achieve it. In either case we will ensure that you have our knowledge and negotiating skill at your disposal so that we can achieve the result you want.

Our goal is to focus on select properties and give our clients the maximum benefit of our services and experience, we would rather sell 20 properties a year very well than 200 badly.
